Book Your Date:  A 50% non-refundable retainer and contract is required to reserve. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding date.

Payments:  After the retainer has been paid with a contract on file, an invoice will be sent to you for the final payment. The final payment is due no later than 4 weeks before the wedding. Payments can be made by cash or major credit card. Money orders, cashiers checks, certified checks and personal checks are NOT accepted.

• Invoices:  There's a $25 fee on past due invoices.
• Wedding Day Tardiness:  A fee of $25 will be charged for every 15 minutes the artist and/or stylist has to wait for the client, bride, bridal party and anyone being serviced (or to be let inside the "getting ready" location) when running late againt the scheduled time of arrival and start time. If the makeup artist and/or hairstylist has been waiting around for 1 hour wedding day services are immediately cancelled.

Early Morning Fees:  An additional $50 applies for all appointments before 8am. Except for those in our "Glam & Go" membership program.

Holidays:   An additional fee of $150 applies for appointments and weddings on a Federal Holiday. New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.

Mileage:  When traveling outside of the Cincinnati area, 20 miles or more, a mileage rate of $1.00 per miles applies.
