We are following guidelines to protect against the spread of COVID-19. Sanitizing and cleaning measures are in place for the safety of our clients. Our artist is fully vaccinated and will wear a mask during the entire session.

• In-studio makeup collection & traveling makeup kit are sanitized and disinfected after each use.

• All makeup brushes are washed, sanitized and disinfected after each use.

• Disposable applicators are used on every client and thrown away afterwards.

• Hands will be washed prior to service begins. Along with an application of hand sanitizer.

• The makeup station, table and chair will be cleaned, disinfected before each client.

• If you're feeling ill, have a fever, cough, constant sneezing, runny nose or COVID, please reschedule your appointment for everyone’s safety.

Hello everyone,

In-Studio appointments will be available for booking starting June 1, 2020. However, On-Location (non wedding) appointments and in person makeup classes will not be available until September, depending on the state of the coronavirus and everyone’s safety. Makeup classes and makeup application assistance will remain available virtually via Zoom.

With that being said, based on how I’ve operated for years in my office, some things will change and some will stay the same:

• I will continue to operate by appointment only.

• I will continue to clean and sanitize my makeup station, makeup, tools & brushes after each client.

• I will continue to ask those to arrive at their scheduled time and not early.

• I will continue to place a cape over each client.

• I will continue to use disposable items during makeup application.

• I will wear a mask, gloves, face shield and coverup.

• No makeup will be kept open or uncovered during makeup application.

• Unused makeup brushes will be stored away.

• Temperature will be checked before the start each service.

• Wash your hands immediately upon arrival.

• You can no longer bring a guest (family, friends, etc.) with you inside of my office suite. But they can wait outside or in the car. 

• Guests can no longer wait in the hallway lobby area. 

• Do not bring bags, purses, clothes, laptops, etc with you inside my office suite. You will be given a sealed bag to place other items inside upon arrival. Which will be kept by my suite door.

• If you’ve traveled within the last two weeks (or two weeks before any scheduled appointment) please quarantine yourself and return at a later date

• If you are feeling ill, coughing, fever, respiratory, flu or flu-like symptoms, shortness of breath or soar throat. Diagnosed with coronavirus (COVID-19) or symptoms. Or if you’ve been around anyone who has, please quarantine yourself for 2 weeks and make your appointment thereafter. 

• The honor system is extremely important during this time. You will be authorized to sign a waiver and you will be held responsible for the information you provide. 

• Hand sanitizer and gloves will be given to you upon arrival. Masks will be available also but can not be worn during makeup application.

As you know COVID-19 (coronavirus) is serious and it's extremely important that I stay up to date on taking safety measures to protect Chenese Bean Makeup Artistry and my clients.

I'm monitoring the growing concerns of this virus and I strongly believe in the health and safety of everyone serviced both in my studio office and on-location. Leaving me to make the decision to close temporarily.

Effective immediately I will be closed March 18 - March 31, 2020.  If this time frame changes an update will be shared.  All appointments & bookings scheduled during this time will be cancelled and re-scheduled. Retainers and deposits will automatically transferred so for those who have an appointment or class, please contact me to have your coupon code send to you which is necessary upon rescheduling.
