      • Elite Plan: 25% off ALL on-location appointments, makeup classes, personal shopper services and members who are getting married or renewing their vows. (discount not applicable towards bridal party attendants or other friends/family unless they’re a current member)

      • Elite Plus Plan: 25% off ALL in-studio appointments, makeup classes, personal shopper services and members who are getting married or renewing their vows. (discount not applicable towards bridal party attendants, friends/family unless they’re a current member)

    • Private appointment access. Password protected.

    • Exclusive VIP appointment times. Members can schedule appointments between 5:00am-9:00pm instead of during normal business hours.

    • No additional fees on appointments before 9am or after 7:30pm.

    • Additional fees for “Add-On Services” (listed below) are waived when booking an appointment:

    • Rollover appointments are allowed up to 6 months. If all appointments can’t be met by Dec. 31 of the same calendar year. Rollover appointments can not extend past 1 year.

    • Rescheduling appointments allowed, pending artist availability.

    • 1 no-show appointment within one calendar year will cancel your membership and you forfeit monies paid. Non-refundable.

    • Appointments cannot be used by others as a replacement for the original member. The Guest Pass and appointments are exclusive to the member and are non-transferable.

    • Loyalty Card points/benefits are not included with this membership.

    • Can cancel at any time; forfeiting monies paid.

    Please ensure you stick to the services included in your plan type. Upgrade (and downgrade) options are available at any time. Appointments are non-transferable and cannot be used by others.

    The 15-minute late policy still applies.

    A signed contract/agreement is required for first-time Glam & Go VIP Membership enrollment. By joining, you agree to the terms outlined in the membership agreement.

    1. How long is this membership for?
      The Glam and Go membership lasts for 6 months. If a member doesn't use up their appointments within that time, it's okay—they can use them until they run out.

    2. If I don't use all of my appointments within the 6 months, are they transferable?
      Yes, are used until they run out. You have the option to renew or extend your plan at any given time.

    3. How do I book my appointments?
      Appointments can be booked online using a special password-protected link provided to members only. This link is protected from non-members and grants access to priority booking and membership benefits. Members can find this link in their membership welcome email and membership card or by contacting Chenese directly.

    4. If I want an appointment before 9am, will I be charged the early morning fee?
      No, all members are exempt from the early morning fee.

    5. If I make an appointment on the same day, will I be charged the last-minute fee at the time of booking?
      No, all members are exempt from the last-minute fee.

    6. If I'm late to an appointment, will I be charged the late fee?
      Yes, the standard late fee policy applies to all clients, including members. The membership does not waive this fee.

    7. How far in advance can I lock in an appointment to make sure my spot is available?
      Appointments can be reserved up to 6 months in advance to ensure availability. Booking early helps secure your preferred times and dates.

    8. Can I substitute my membership appointment for another service?
      No, members must use their appointments as specified. However, all members receive a 25% discount on all other services and makeup classes. For example, a member on the Elite Plan (4 in-studio appointments) cannot substitute/switch an on-location appointment as an equal swap. On-location appointments to Elite members is 25% off.

    9. Can someone else take my appointments?
      No, members cannot transfer their appointments. However, each membership includes one guest pass per period, allowing one family member or friend to enjoy the benefits. Only one guest pass is granted per membership period.

    10. What happens if I move out of the area?
      If you move out of the area, no refunds are given for the unused portion of your membership. However, you can still enjoy the benefits of your membership through phone (includes FaceTime or VideoChat) and virtual services such as Q&A sessions, consultations, personal shopper assistance, virtual makeup application assistance and online classes.
