On-location services provide a seamless, stress-free experience, ensuring each client can relax while receiving a flawless makeup application. Every detail is carefully considered, from professional lighting for optimal results to a comfortable setup that includes a makeup chair, high-quality products, and, if needed, a table for additional convenience. The goal is to provide a seamless and luxurious experience, ensuring each client looks and feels their best.

• Start Fresh, No Makeup

Please arrive with a clean face, free from makeup of any kind. If makeup is present, clients will need to remove it themselves before the appointment starts, which may cause delays and result in a $25 late fee.

Groomed Brows: To ensure a clean and complete makeup look, it is recommended to get your brows done or groomed (waxing, threading, etc.) 1-2 days before your appointment. To prevent too much time correcting them, extending your appointment time. Select here if you need a referral.

Lash Extensions: If you need a referral for lash extensions, select here.

• Last Minute & Same Day Appointment

Appointments scheduled less than 24 hours notice or on the same day are considered last minute and will incur a $35 non-refundable urgency fee. Please ensure you select this option in the appointment add-on section. If not selected, the fee will be added after booking.

• Tardiness

There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, the appointment may be canceled. If it can still be accommodated, a $25 late fee will apply.

• Re-Scheduling

Appointments can be cancelled within the confirmation email received at the time of booking.

For cancellations made 24 hours or less of the appointment, the retainer is non-refundable and cannot be transferred or used as credit (coupon code).

If canceled 48 hours or more in advance, the retainer is still non-refundable but can be transferred to another date or used as credit.

• No Call / No Show

Failure to notify of not arriving results in the forfeiture of all payments. Retainers and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Future appointments will require approval, and no refunds will be given.
