Choose between a 3 month or 6 month membership subscription and enjoy one included service each month for just $99. Members may select an In-Studio Makeup Appointment, Makeup Lesson, or Personal Shopper Service; mix and match. In addition to your monthly service, you'll receive exclusive member savings, priority booking access, waived convenience fees, and flexible rollover options.

For $99 per month, members receive one Beauty Experience each month. Choose from an In-Studio Makeup Appointment, Makeup Class, or 1-Hour Personal Shopper Service. You can choose the same Beauty Experience each month or mix it up throughout your membership. Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Choose between a 3-month or 6-month subscription. Your $99 membership fee is automatically charged each month for the duration of your selected plan.

No. Mix and match! You may choose any one of the three eligible Beauty Experiences each month based on what you need.

No worries. Your unused Beauty Experience can roll over. Members may accumulate a maximum of three unused Beauty Experiences at one time.

Your membership includes one Beauty Experience per month. Once you've used your monthly Beauty Experience, any additional appointments or services booked that month are separate from your membership and are charged at the applicable rate.

The Personal Shopper Service may be added at the regular $125-hour rate. Yes, you may book it along with your makeup class; however, the additional service is not included in your monthly membership or eligible for the 20% member discount.

No. The makeup appointment included as a monthly Beauty Experience is an in-studio service. On-location makeup appointments are booked separately and receive the applicable member discount.

During your birthday month, you’ll receive TWO complimentary birthday rewards:
Birthday Glam: Enjoy one complimentary in-studio makeup appointment. A one-time coupon code will be provided for booking. Your Birthday Glam is just for you and cannot be transferred, rolled over, exchanged, or used by someone else.
Birthday Gift: Choose one complimentary gift from the Birthday Rewards Shop chenesebean.com/birthday-rewards the actual gift is complimentary, you’ll simply pay the shipping cost to have it delivered to the address of your choice.
Birthday rewards are exclusively for you and are non-transferable. They cannot be rolled over, exchanged, or used by someone else and must be redeemed during your birthday month. If you don’t use them, you lose them!

At the end of your 3-month or 6-month subscription, you may choose to renew your Glam & Go Membership and continue enjoying your monthly Beauty Experiences and member benefits. Membership does not automatically extend beyond the subscription term unless otherwise stated when you enroll.
BOOKING PROCEDURES:
All appointments must be booked online. Appointment times are available Monday through Sunday between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
Members receive priority booking and may schedule appointments with as little as 2 hours' notice, based on availability. Two-hour booking window applies during normal business hours and cannot be guaranteed for appointments requested overnight or outside business hours.
All services will be conducted by Chenese and not by partnering artists unless case of emergency.

Booking Requirements
Appointments must be booked online and are subject to availability.
Available appointment times are Monday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Members receive priority scheduling and may request appointments with as little as 2 hours' notice during normal business hours, subject to availability.
Appointments requested overnight or outside normal business hours are not guaranteed. And require approval.
Membership Discounts
In addition to the 3 main appointment options, members receive will also receive:

Hair services are not eligible for membership discounts.
When adding guests to an appointment, they must always be present with you. Their appointment can not be transferred nor conducted individually.
Complimentary Birthday Glam
Active members receive one complimentary in-studio makeup appointment during their birthday month. A personalized coupon code will be emailed to the member and may only be redeemed by the member. Unused birthday appointments expire at the end of the birthday month and may not be transferred, rolled over, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers.
Travel & Mileage (On-Location Appointments)
On-location services exceeding 20 miles from the studio are subject to a mileage fee of $0.70 per mile round trip.
Hotel appointments require valet parking when applicable. Valet fees are the client's responsibility and may be billed directly to the hotel room.
Membership Usage
Membership appointments, benefits, and credits may only be transferred once. On active memberships.
Benefits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for refunds, credits, or cash.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
All appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to the booking policies in effect at the time of the appointment.
Missed appointments and no-shows may result in the forfeiture of the appointment credit.
Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel at any time after satisfying the initial three or six-month commitment period.
Members are responsible for completing the full 3-month or 6-month commitment selected at enrollment.
A minimum thirty (30) days written notice is required.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email.
Membership fees already paid are non-refundable.
Membership benefits expire at the conclusion of the membership term.
Changes to Membership
Chenese Bean Makeup Artistry reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, terms, and conditions for future membership periods. Changes will not affect benefits already received during an active membership term.
