• Entering the Building:

  • Take the elevator to the 3rd floor.

  • Walk straight from the elevator and enter through the glass door.

• Lobby & Arrival:

  • When you arrive, please wait in the 3rd floor lobby.

  • If you arrive 5-60 minutes before your appointment, feel free to relax in the lobby.

  • Press the doorbell on the welcome sign, and you will be greeted at the scheduled time.

• Follow I-75 S to E Galbraith Rd in Arlington Heights. Exit 10
• Take exit 10 toward E Galbraith Rd.
