• Rollover appointments are allowed up to 6 months. If all appointments can’t be met by Dec. 31 of the same calendar year. Rollover appointments can not extend past 1 year.

• Rescheduling appointments allowed, pending artist availability.

• 1 no-show appointment within one calendar year will cancel your membership and you forfeit monies paid. Non-refundable.

• Appointments cannot be used by others as a replacement for the original member. The Guest Pass and appointments are exclusive to the member and are non-transferable.

• Loyalty Card points/benefits are not included with this membership.

• Can cancel at any time; forfeiting monies paid.

Please ensure you stick to the services included in your plan type. Upgrade (and downgrade) options are available at any time. Appointments are non-transferable and cannot be used by others.

The 15-minute late policy still applies.

A signed contract/agreement is required for first-time Glam & Go VIP Membership enrollment. By joining, you agree to the terms outlined in the membership agreement.

To check your appointment history, please select 'Login' at the top right of the booking area on the website. If it's your first time checking, you'll need to sign up first.

When including additional people in your makeup appointment to receive services alongside you, please note that non-members will be charged the standard rate. Membership discounts do not apply to their services unless you are using a 'guest pass.'

Guest passes are for one-time use only and limited to one per membership term (two for Elite Flex Plan).

Each Glam & Go member is entitled to ONE guest pass during their membership period. This can be generously gifted to a friend, family member, colleague, or anyone special.

The Guest Pass is an exclusive benefit for members and is valid for one-time use only within the membership period. Please note, additional passes are not available.

When a Guest Pass is utilized, it will reduce the original member's allocated appointments. For example:

• If you are an Elite plan member with 4 in-studio appointments and a Guest Pass is used, you will have 3 remaining in-studio appointments.

• If you are an Elite Plus member with 4 on-location appointments, it will be reduced to 3 on-location appointments.

Late Policy: Please inform guests that the 15-minute grace period still applies.
