Makeup will be done professionally in-studio prior to the photo session, tailored to each individual for a clean, polished, and natural finish that photographs beautifully.

• Matte or powder-based foundation will be used to reduce shine on camera.

• Makeup is applied slightly heavier than everyday wear for photo definition.

• Natural-looking false lashes are optional and can enhance the eyes.

• Shimmers, sparkly highlighters, glitter or dewy finishes will not be used, as they can appear greasy or overly reflective on camera

• For men: the focus is on matte, even-toned skin with a blemish-free appearance.

Touchups or makeup changes are not included but may be added for an additional fee.

Hair styling is not included in the base package, but clients may add a professional hairstylist during booking if desired. Otherwise, it's recommended to arrive with hair already styled as it would be for a professional engagement, formal event, or evening out.

• Avoid trying a brand-new cut, color, or style right before your session. Unfamiliar changes can lead to regret in photos.

• If highlights or gray coverage are part of your normal routine, plan to have them refreshed before your appointment.

• Clean, styled, photo ready hair is expected if a hairstylist is not added.

• Styles that hold shape and volume, like blowouts, soft curls, or sleek pressed looks photograph best.

• Men may want to use light grooming products to reduce shine and tame flyaways.

While hairstyling is not provided without an add-on, light grooming products such as hairspray, edge control, or a comb will be available if minor adjustments are needed before photos begin.

Flyaway removal, volume enhancement, or light hairline edits may be possible in post-production if photo retouching is included in your package or added separately.

Hands are often visible in poses, especially crossed arms, chin rests, or full-body shots. So it's important they look clean and well-groomed.

For Everyone:

• Hands should be clean, moisturized, and free of noticeable blemishes or residue.

• Avoid chipped nail polish or peeling gel polish.

• Nails should be trimmed and neat, whether polished or bare.

For Women:

• A classic manicure or neutral-toned polish looks best on camera.

• Avoid bold nail art, rhinestones, or very bright colors unless they reflect your personal brand.

• If unsure, opt for clear, nude, soft pink, or a clean buffed finish.

For Men:

• Nails should be trimmed and clean with smooth edges.

• Dry, rough hands can show in high-resolution photos. Apply lotion before the session if needed.

Even for a headshot session, full or partial body photos may be taken. Clients are encouraged to dress from head to toe with intention.

Recommendations:

• Wear well fitted, solid colors. Dark or jewel tones work best.

• Avoid logos, busy patterns, designs, stripes, or optical illusion prints.

• Choose clothing that evokes confidence and professionalism.

• Bring proper footwear. Some poses may show feet or lower body.

• Keep nails neat and remove accessories not intended to appear in photos.

• Glasses will be photographed both on and off to avoid glare.

• Bring a second option (even if your package only includes one outfit) in case a change is recommended on site.

Clients representing a company or brand should bring any specific wardrobe guidelines. A complimentary wardrobe consult may be offered at the start of the session.

• Keep jewelry minimal, clean, and classic.

• Avoid large statement pieces unless they are part of your personal brand.
