Once your membership has been paid, appointments must be scheduled through the member-only booking page at: chenesebean.com/membership-appointment-plan-type

The appointments page is password protected and available exclusively to active members.

Please book appointments according to your selected plan type. Upgrade options are available at any time. Appointments are non transferable and may not be used by others.

4 full face makeup applications with false lashes and touch-up kit. Based on which plan chosen.

• Appointments can be scheduled up to 6 months in advance.

• Membership Card.

• Guest Pass for one friend or family member.

• Additional Discount:

  • Elite Plan: 25% off ALL on-location appointments, makeup classes, personal shopper services, and services for members who are getting married or renewing their vows. Discount is not applicable toward bridal party attendants or other friends or family unless they are a current member.

  • Elite Plus Plan: 25% off ALL in-studio appointments, makeup classes, personal shopper services, and services for members who are getting married or renewing their vows. Discount is not applicable toward bridal party attendants or friends or family unless they are a current member.

• Private appointment access. Password protected.

• Exclusive VIP appointment times. Members can schedule appointments between 5:00am-9:00pm instead of during normal business hours.

• No additional fees on appointments before 9am or after 7:30pm.

• Additional fees for add-on services are waived when booking an appointment, including:

  • Last Minute Appt / Same Day Emergency Fee $45

  • Early Morning / Late Evening Fee $50

  • Airbrush Makeup $35

  • Mink Lashes $35

  • Individual Lashes $25

  • Mink Lashes $35

  • Glitter or High Shimmer Eyes $30

  • Major Holiday Appointments $150

• Open on major holidays for members only. Otherwise closed for non-members.

• Locked in for 6 months from rate increases during active membership/contract period.

• Onboarding Welcome Gift (New Members, Excluding Renewals)

• Birthday Gift (First Time Members)

• Rollover appointments are available. No expiration date until fully redeemed.

• Rescheduling appointments allowed, pending artist availability.

• 1 no-show appointment within one calendar year will cancel your membership and you forfeit monies paid. Non-refundable.

• Appointments cannot be used by others as a replacement for the original member. The Guest Pass and appointments are exclusive to the member and are non-transferable.

• Loyalty Card points/benefits are not included with this membership.

• Can cancel at any time; forfeiting monies paid.

The standard 15-minute late policy applies.
