Refunds, Returns & Shipping

All sales are final.  Returns and exchanges are not acceptable.  Should you have questions about our products, please feel free to email chenesebean@gmail.com or call 513-348-9004.

Orders may take 7-10 business days to process.  Orders can only be shipped to USA destinations.

In-Studio Makeup Appointments

Payment for this appointment are non-refundable but is transferable and can be used in the event your appointment needs to be re-scheduled. Or it can be forwarded to someone else.  If no date is available (buy purchaser or CBMA) when re-scheduling, a gift certificate with a 2 year expiration date will be distributed.  Please give a 24 hour notice for cancellations and/or date changes.  Makeup artist availability can be limited, so please contact chenesebean@gmail.com to schedule an appointment to redeem the service requested.

Gift Certificates

Good toward any wedding, makeup class, birthday, special event, etc.  Limit of two (2) can be used per wedding party.   Not valid for weddings and/or makeup classes currently booked.  Not valid for commercial, production, print, editorial and commercial jobs & photo shoots.  Void after first use.  Must bring at the time of service to redeem.  All sales final and non-refundable.  Certificates are transferable but not equivalent to cash or credit.  Certificates do not have an expiration date but must be brought to redeem.  Certificates are virtual and downloadable upon checkout, if a physical card is needed, please contact chenesebean@gmail.com

Makeup Classes

Full payment is required in order to book your date.  Classes must be scheduled 30 days in advance.  All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Upon date cancellation, products and/or tools will still be delivered in the interim.  Classes can be done at our location.  And additional fee will be applied for on-location classes.

Weddings

A 50% non-refundable retainer along with contract must be on file to book your wedding.  There's a 4 adult minimum for all on-location services, if minimum can not be met please contact us to discuss.
