If you require an appointment on the same day you book it, it's classified as a last-minute emergency and will result an additional $25 fee.

You have a 15-minute grace period if you're running late. After that, your appointment will be canceled. If we can still accommodate you, a $25 late fee will be added. Please be considerate of other clients and their scheduled appointments.

No shows result in the forfeiture of all payments made, and 100% of the remaining balance will be charged. Retainers and payments received are non-refundable and non-transferable. Future appointments require approval, and no refunds will be given.

You can reschedule your appointment and transfer the retainer to a new date. If you don't provide a rescheduled date/time or if it's unavailable, you will receive an electronic gift card (coupon code) that can be used for future services, classes, merchandise, and products (excluding skincare). There is a $25 fee for rescheduling within 1-3 hours before the original start time.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 12 hours’ notice, 50% of the service cost will be charged. If you cancel 24 hours or more in advance, you will receive a coupon code for the amount paid, allowing you to reschedule without any fees. This policy protects other clients and our scheduled obligations.

Additional guests are not allowed during in-studio appointments unless they are also receiving services. Otherwise, they must stay in the waiting area for the duration of the appointment.
